Tooling turns designs and concepts into production reality. Our tooling department is staffed by highly valued toolmakers who have a combined 60+ years in machining and mold-making experience. Mater Tool Co. also has long-established relationships with several subcontract toolmakers in the USA and overseas, offering maximum flexibility and value.

Building the tool takes time, focus, and precision. It can also represent the largest investment in the manufacturing process, so getting it right is critical to the success of a project.

Our tooling department has the latest CNC mills, lathes, and EDM machines. Constant equipment upgrades allow us to take advantage of new technologies.
